Undeliverable Package Policy: Domestic orders (including those shipped with a third-party number) will be destroyed after 3 failed UPS delivery attempts at a flat rate of $5 per package passed on to signee; international orders will still be returned and may incur fees.

NOTE: Package tracking is not available until package is picked up by the shipper and entered into their tracking system.

All orders are processed and shipped from Blaine WA, USA for delivery Monday through Friday (standard business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays)

Stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days or less. Custom orders will be ready for shipment in as little as 7 business days from complete order and art approval. Rush orders accepted upon request (Rush charges apply). Shipping times are based on when your order leaves our facility and the method of service chosen.

*Intervening postal holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day as well as some Warm Weather destinations may affect delivery. **Due to warmer weather some orders may not be able ship over the weekend and therefore may be held for shipping the next Monday. Orders shipped with frozen gel packs at no additional charge. Expedited shipping may be required.

Yes! Chocolate Chocolate ships during warm weather and to warm climates all year long (some restrictions may apply). Our shipping department monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and will include frozen gel packs at no additional charge to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition. Expedited shipping may be required - based on destination.

Not at this time. We ship to physical addresses only and can not ship to a PO Box.

Chocolate Chocolate proudly partners with United Parcel Service (UPS) as our preferred domestic shipping partner. We can ship via UPS or FedEx on your Third-Party account. We offer ground and expedited shipping options but will ship best way based on temperatures and destination.

To Canada, our preferred shipping is via UPS International. Third-Party shipping is available for both UPS & FedEx International services.

Yes, we ship internationally. Some destinations may be prohibited. Shipping quotes will be provided upon request with complete address details. International paperwork provided at no additional cost. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. INTERNATIONAL: Any tariffs incurred on the order will be the responsibility of the customer and noted on the final invoice. GST, VAT and any other international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
