What type of chocolate do you use in your products?
We use the finest quality pure Belgian Chocolate. Custom orders can be made in milk or dark chocolate for the same price.
Where do your orders ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Blaine WA, USA for delivery Monday through Friday (standard business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays)
What freight carriers do you use and what are my shipping options?
Chocolate Chocolate ships orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). However, we can also ship via FedEx or UPS with your 3rd party account. We offer ground and expedited shipping options but will ship best way based on temperatures and destination.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days or less. Custom orders will be ready for shipment in as little as 7 business days from complete order and art approval. Rush orders accepted upon request (Rush charges apply). Shipping times are based on when your order leaves our facility and the method of service chosen.

*Intervening postal holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day as well as some Warm Weather destinations may affect delivery. **Due to warmer weather some orders may not be able ship over the weekend and therefore may be held for shipping the next Monday. Orders shipped with frozen gel packs at no additional charge. Expedited shipping may be required.

What is the best way to store the chocolate after I receive my order?
We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing. Simply store the product at room temperature (63-68*F)- keep away from direct sunlight, heating units, and strong odors (the chocolate will absorb the odors from other sources).
Can you ship chocolate during the warm weather?
Yes! Chocolate Chocolate ships during warm weather and to warm climates all year long. (some restrictions may apply) Our shipping department monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and will include frozen gel packs at no additional charge to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition. Expedited shipping may be required - based on destination.

**Due to warmer weather some orders may not be able ship over the weekend and therefore may be held for shipping the next Monday.

Can I specify a ship or delivery date for my order?
Please reflect shipping and delivery requests on all PO's- Chocolate Chocolate will try to accommodate all requests. Ground and expedited shipping options are available but we will always ship best way based on temperatures and destination.

Can I ship to more than one address on an order?
Yes! DIRECT SHIPPING is available. Send us your address list and we'll ship your gifts directly to each home or office! Click here for more details.
Can you ship to international addresses?
Yes we do. Some destinations may be prohibited. Tax and shipping quotes will be provided. International paperwork provided at no additional cost. All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Not at this time. We ship to phyical addresses only and can not ship to a PO Box.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped you will receive notification via email reflecting tracking details. Please provide us an accurate email address on your PO.

NOTE: Package tracking is not available until package is picked up by the shipper and entered into their tracking system.

Do employees of Chocolate Chocolate get to eat chocolate every day?
Yes!
How long will the chocolate last?
Our pure Belgian chocolate has a shelf life of well over 1 year while our chocolate items packaged with cookies or other inclusions have a shelf life of 6-9 months when stored correctly. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing. Simply store the product at room temperature (63-68*F)- keep away from direct sunlight, heating units, and strong odors (the chocolate will absorb the odors from other sources).
Is your chocolate Kosher?
Yes. All chocolate products are manufactured under the supervision of the Orthodox Union (OU-D).
I have nut allergies and need to know if your chocolate is nut free?
Although our chocolate does not contain nuts it is manufactured on equipment that also handles products containing nuts, eggs, wheat flour, dairy, and soy.
Is your chocolate gluten-free?
Our chocolate is gluten-free; however, it is manufactured on equipment that also handles products containing nuts, eggs, wheat flour, dairy, and soy.
What percentage of cacao is in your Belgian chocolate?
Our Dark chocolate is a 60% cacao so it's strong but not bitter and our Milk chocolate is 37% cacao.
